Still, for reasons unbeknown to you, you find yourself sabotaging your own weight loss efforts with nightly binges or a reliance on food for comfort when life gets tough.
Our emotional coaching program is designed to help you transform your body from the inside out. We guide you through to identify the emotions you have been suppressing or eating rather than understanding and resolving. We teach the concept and applicable principles of self-love to override those of self-sabotage so you can stop forcing your weight loss and instead watch the excess fat melt off with ease.
